Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between s9asia ("we", "Platform") and every individual who registers or uses the services offered through this website ("Player", "you"). These Terms take effect immediately upon your completing account registration or using any part of our platform.

Continued use of the s9asia platform after any changes to these Terms is considered full acceptance of the latest published version. If you do not agree with any provision in this document, you are required to stop using this platform immediately.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, all of which together form the complete agreement between you and s9asia.

Player Eligibility

To be eligible to use the s9asia platform, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

Account Registration

Each player is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at s9asia. Holding multiple accounts by the same individual is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in the cancellation of all related accounts along with the balances held within them.

During registration, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information about yourself.
• Update your personal information should any changes occur.
• Keep your account password and login details confidential.
• Notify s9asia immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation.
• Take full responsibility for all activity that occurs within your account.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions at s9asia are processed using payment methods supported by the platform, namely Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking (FPX), and cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC, and ETH.

Transaction conditions are as follows:

• The minimum deposit per transaction is RM10, regardless of the payment method used.
• The minimum withdrawal per request is RM100.
• Withdrawals are processed within 1 hour after the request is approved.
• All deposits and withdrawals must use the same account or name as the player's registration details.
• s9asia reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal transaction.

s9asia does not charge any processing fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment providers or blockchain networks may impose their own fees that are outside the control of this platform.

Funds in a player's account do not earn interest. s9asia does not act as a financial institution and does not hold player deposits for an indefinite period. Players are responsible for requesting withdrawals within a reasonable timeframe.

Bonuses & Promotions

s9asia offers various promotions to registered members. Each promotion is subject to specific conditions set at the time it is offered. General conditions that apply to all bonuses are as follows:

• A welcome bonus of 150% on the first deposit, up to a maximum of RM300.
• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the value of the bonus received before any withdrawal from bonus winnings can be made.
• Example: Deposit RM100 — bonus RM150 — balance RM250 — wagering requirement RM150 × 20 = RM3,000.
• Example: Deposit RM600 — bonus RM300 — balance RM900 — wagering requirement RM300 × 20 = RM6,000.

s9asia reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion without prior notice. Any attempt to exploit promotions through dishonest means or system manipulation will result in bonus cancellation and further action against the account in question.

The s9asia VIP Program offers four membership tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each tier provides a different weekly cashback rate — up to 0.4% (Bronze), 0.8% (Silver), 1.1% (Gold), and 1.5% (Platinum). Tier advancement is based on player activity and loyalty over time.

Game Rules

All games offered on s9asia — including online slots, live casino, sports betting, fishing games, and esports — operate according to the individual rules set by their respective game providers. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before playing.

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Use of any bot software, automation, or third-party tools to assist in gameplay.

Account Closure & Suspension

• The player is found to have violated any provision of these Terms.

In the event of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, s9asia reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and winnings involved. Original deposit funds not linked to the violation will be considered for return at the platform's discretion.
